Applying for a licence

Applications must be submitted alongside all required documents as set out in the Taxi Handbook. You can submit your application by post to: Licensing, Redditch Borough Council, Town Hall, Walter Stranz Square, Redditch, B98 8AH, or can be delivered to an officer during a licensing surgery - see more details on our licensing surgeries page.

Accidents

If you have an accident in your vehicle you must report it to us in writing within 72 hours of it happening. You can do this with this form: Accident Report Form
