Type 2 Diabetes Prevention Event

What: Find information about how to prevent Diabetes Type 2, who is most at risk and what you can do about it.

Come and chat to us at the event about what activities there are available both in the community an at The Abbey Stadium.

We will be offering a programme of FREE classes for you to sample during the week 27th May to 2nd June.
