Zumba Gold

There are now two community Zumba Gold classes, designed to help you stay fit, active and have fun at the same time.

Dancing is so much fun its impossible not to smile!

Perfect for active adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves at a lower intensity.

 

DAY:             THURSDAYS

VENUE:        The Windmill Centre, Rygrass Lane, Redditch

TIME:           10am

COST:          £5.00 pay as you go

Each session lasts 1 hour.

The session costs £5.00 on a "pay as you go" basis, kindly take the correct change for the instructor.
