Ladies 50+ & Mixed Fitness
Both our community keep fit classes will be restarting at Oakenshaw Community Centre every Monday.
Each class is led by Gaynor who is qualified to deliver enjoyable sessions tailored to your needs so you get the most out of each class.
Ladies 50+ class - 10:30-11:30am
Mixed Fitness class - 12-1pm
All classes are £5.00 per person on a "pay as you go" basis, kindly pay the instructor directly with the correct change.
