Joint Effort
To help with the management of arthritis
Thursdays 1pm to 2pm at The Windmill Community Centre, Rygrass Lane, Walkwood. B97 5YE
COST: £5.00 pay as you go
This weekly exercise class is specifically designed to help people living with arthritis. The instructor, who is qualified to work with people living with arthritis, is able to offer advise and education on a personal basis if needed.
This is a community class which means that you do not need to book and you can just turn up to take part.
The laughter, its a friendly group with no pressure to do any exercise you are not comfortable with, there is a variety of exercise and a lovely instructor
lots of benefits, I feel fitter, stronger and I have the confidence to push myself more. Its helped with my mobility in my joints and I am more flexible. It also lifts my mood
