Arrow Valley Health Walks
Arrow Valley Health Walks start at 10:30 am every Monday and Thursday from Arrow Valley Countryside Centre.
Tending to last 30 minutes to 1 hour, our walks have a volunteer as walk leader, another as a middle marker, and another as the back marker to help if anyone has a problem. Many leaders are first aid trained.
Mondays are for all abilities and you choose your own pace. The walks are on man made surfaces, and when the ground is dry may include grassy meadows and a few steps unless we have walkers with pushchairs or wheelchairs. The walks take up to an hour and are usually between 2 and 3 miles with shorter routes optional.
Thursdays are longer, brisker and could involve walking on uneven ground and through fields.
