Sign up for the Garden Waste Service

To apply for the 2025 service please call the Support Team on 01527 881188.

Our garden waste collections provide an easy, clean and convenient way to get rid of your compostable garden waste.

  • The service will run from week commencing 25 February 2025 or week commencing 4 March 2025 and finish 21 November 2025 or 28 November 2025 depending on your collection schedule.
  • The collection is carried out every 2 weeks.  
  • You can pay for as many bins as you need.
  • There is only one size of brown bin which is 240 litre.
  • No concessions or part payments available.
  • Refunds will only be made if requested prior to your first collection.

Please Note

We are not able to publish the garden waste (brown bin) collection days at this time as we are currently working to improve our service.

We are unable to offer the service in the Headless Cross or Webheath areas due to them being full to capacity. We are looking at ways to expand these areas, so please keep an eye on our website for updates.
