What if major works are required to my block?
After you have had your lease for more than five years* you will have to bear any reasonable costs of work carried out.
*Please be advised that the five years will start from the date of the Section 125 offer notice issued for Right to buy sales only.
For all qualifying works carried out under a qualifying long-term agreement, you will be consulted where the cost exceeds £250.
