Cancellation of NEW Lifeline Service

Please follow the process below if you need to cancel your NEW Lifeline service.

The client or family need to call our NEW Lifeline office on 01527 534060 to advise of cancellation.

At this point we will part-cancel the Client’s account and advise that the service is chargeable until the equipment is returned.

Please note: NEW Lifeline will collect equipment but there is a charge for this service.

Equipment should then be returned to Bromsgrove, Redditch or Cannock Council Receptions.

This should include the base unit and any associated cables, pendants and any other peripherals or devices that have been supplied.

When returned a returns slip will be completed and they you will be given a Customer Copy as a receipt. You do not need to return any paperwork.

Once the equipment is received by the NEW Lifeline Office the service is then terminated and any direct debits cancelled.

Please note: Any missing equipment will be charged for at this point

No charge will be made if the service is cancelled within the 21 day cooling off period. After this we will charge until the equipment has been returned by you or collected by us.
