Proposed Main Modifications 2016 [ARCHIVED]

The Inspector published a list of proposed Main Modifications to the submitted Plans which he considered are required to make the plans sound. The Inspector’s proposed Main Modifications were published for an eight week consultation from Wednesday 27th July until 5pm Wednesday 21st September 2016.

This consultation has now closed.

All of the representations received will be forwarded to the Inspector to consider.  The Inspector will take account of all representations relating to the Modifications before finalising his report to the Council. Further hearing sessions will only be held where absolutely necessary to clarify/resolve substantive outstanding issues.
