Printing and MFD contract details

We jointly procured a Crown Commercial Service printing contract under framework RM6174 in 2023 together with Bromsgrove District Council.

Kyocera was the successful bidder and supply all our equipment until December 2028.

The councils' shared printing service has 30 lease rental multifunctional devices (colour and mono) across a 17-site footprint. The annual volume is approximately 1.2m pages. The print and data management software used is Papercut MF. The approximate annual spend is under £30,000.
