Requesting an Internal Review
If you are not happy with the response to your Freedom of Information request, you have the right to ask for an internal review. You should ask for a review within 40 days of receiving our final response
All requests for an internal review should be made in writing
Simply write to the team giving your FOI reference number (which can be found in your original response) to the Information Management team
Two members of staff will look again at your original request, the response given and any further information you have submitted in your request for a review.
If you are still not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner, you can do this via their website or by writing to them:
