Printing and MFD contracts

We jointly procured a Crown Commercial Service printing contract together with Bromsgrove District Council in 2018, after a mini-competition under the RM3781 framework. Konica Minolta was the successful bidder and supply all our equipment until 2023.

The councils' shared printing service has 42 lease rental fleet devices (colour and mono) and 2 print room devices (one colour, one mono) across 14 sites. The annual volume is 1.2m pages. The print management software used is Papercut. The scanning software is native. The annual spend is under £45,000.

There are two part-time employees.
