During the process of implementing a local plan there are various stages of consultation. We collect and process the details of those people who have expressed and interest in being involved in this process.

The legal basis for processing this information is 'public task'

Do we share this information?

 We may need to share the information that you give to us with the Planning Inspectorate (Secretary of State)

How long is the information kept for?

The information will be kept until the plan has been adopted. You can request to be removed from the process if you wish by contacting strategic.planning@bromsgroveandredditch.gov.uk .
