We need the personal information you supply on this form to ensure your safety in case of an emergency evacuation of the building, and to comply with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

- Working location and normal working hours
Who has access to the information?
This information will be accessible by the staff working in Human Resources, Health and Safety, Fire Marshalls and, if required, Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service. This information will not be shared / sold to any other service / organisation unless we have a duty to do so under law.
Is the information sent outside the EEA?
This information will not be transferred outside of the EEA.
How long is the information kept?
The information will be kept as long as the employee remains in the employ of Bromsgrove District Council (and for 6 years thereafter), and requires special consideration in the event of an emergency evacuation.
