Customer Engagement Survey
Redditch Borough and Bromsgrove District Councils are doing this survey so that we can understand how customers engage with each of the services and how we can develop and improve access.
Of those customers who express an interest in taking part, we are collecting the following information:
- Name
- Contact details
- Age
From all the expressions of interest, a small section of customers will be selected to take part in interviews. A random selection will be made from each age category to ensure an appropriate spread.
At interview we will also collect the following information:
- Family demographic
- Employment
- Details of your interaction with the Council
- Your use of technology
Interviews will be recorded.
For those people who are not selected, any information collected in connection to this survey will be immediately destroyed.
For those who take part in the interview, their information will be shared with Torch Box, who is conducting the interviews, to inform a report. Information contained in the report will be anonymised, I.e., no one can be identified from the information contained in the report.
We will hold and use the personal data of those wishing to be part of the process until you receive your voucher after which time your information will be deleted.
The legal basis for processing this personal data is consent and explicit consent. You can remove your consent at any time by contacting “ShapeMy Service” Team via email to ShapeOurService@bromsgroveandredditch.gov.uk This will not affect your rights. Details of all your other rights can be found here.
This information will not be shared/sold to any other service/organisation unless we have a duty to do so under law. This data will not be transferred outside of the EEA.
