Business Rates Refund

You can request a refund to be paid into your bank if your business rates account is in credit.  This could happen if you have:

• Moved out of the area
• Been awarded an exemption or relief
• Had your rateable value reduced by the Valuation Office Agency (VOA)

We will assess your request and will only refund if you do not owe any further amounts of Business Rates.
